Submission Guidelines & Checklist

Please review the following requirements before submitting your manuscript.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Original Work: The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • File Format: Submit in MS Word (doc/docx) or PDF.
  • Paper Structure: Title, Authors, Abstract (150–250 words), Keywords, Introduction, Results, Conclusion, and References.
  • Word Limit: Recommended 4–10 pages (excluding references).
  • Abstract & Keywords: Abstract 150–250 words with 4–6 keywords.
  • Plagiarism: Similarity index below 20%.
  • References: APA/IEEE style (latest edition).
  • Figures & Tables: Must be clear, properly numbered, and cited in the text.

Submission & Policies

  • Review Process: All papers undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted only via the journal submission portal.
  • Copyright: Authors retain copyright but grant the journal publishing rights.
  • Open Access: All accepted papers are published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
  • Accessibility: Articles are open access for wider visibility.
