Publication Policy

The official policy of IJSSRF and the Social Science Researchers Foundation.

The International Journal of Social Sciences and Research Frontiers (IJSSRF) is the official journal of the Social Science Researchers Foundation — SSRF, which provides an opportunity to academicians to explore their research skills through publication in our journals.

With this in view, authors should submit articles as per the publication policy and ethics outlined here. IJSSRF publishes review papers, analytical papers, conceptual papers, case studies, research reports, and other research papers in the fields of social science, multidisciplinary studies, science, and technology.


Scope of publications accepted

Review & Analytical Papers

Systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and analytical studies synthesising existing knowledge.

Conceptual Papers

Theoretical frameworks, conceptual models, and original scholarly arguments.

Case Studies & Reports

In-depth examinations of real-world social phenomena and institutional research.

Original Research Papers

Empirical, theoretical, and policy-oriented research across social sciences and interdisciplinary fields.

What to include Papers should describe new and confirmed findings. Every manuscript must contain a title, abstract, keywords, authors' names and affiliations, main body, and APA-formatted references.

Content standard

Papers must describe new and confirmed findings — not rehash previously published work.

Author details

All author names, affiliations, and contact details must appear immediately after the title.

Acknowledgements

Proper credit must be given to any original author or institution whose work is relied upon.

Author Responsibilities

Publication Ethics

Standards that govern every submission, review, and published article.

Peer review mandatory

All manuscripts undergo peer review and must meet standards of academic excellence before acceptance.

Zero plagiarism

Papers found to contain plagiarism will be immediately rejected. Originality and clarity are non-negotiable requirements.

Acknowledgements required

Proper credit must be given to any original author or institution wherever their work is cited or relied upon.

Single-journal submission

Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time.

Academic codes

Authors must maintain and follow established academic ethics and codes during preparation and submission.

Author responsibility

Since copyright rests with authors, they are solely responsible for any views or information contained in their article.

Editorial authority

The right to publish or reject any manuscript rests solely with the Editor, whose decision is final.

Genuine authorship

Authorship must reflect a genuine intellectual contribution to the conception, execution, or writing of the work.

Review Process

Peer Review Policy

Double-blind evaluation by independent subject experts, completed in 6–8 weeks.

Editorial Screening

Initial check for scope alignment, minimum formatting requirements, and surface academic quality before external review begins.

Double-Blind Expert Review

At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript. Author and reviewer identities remain withheld throughout.

Editorial Decision

The handling editor issues a decision — accept, revise, or reject — based on reviewer recommendations and editorial standards.

Originality

The manuscript presents genuinely new ideas, findings, or frameworks not previously published.

Methodological rigour

Research design, data collection, and analysis meet the standards expected in the discipline.

Clarity

The paper is clearly written, logically structured, and accessible to the target readership.

Scholarly contribution

The work advances knowledge in the field and offers meaningful insights to researchers and practitioners.

Author feedback Authors are notified of the review outcome and, where the manuscript is returned for revision, provided with constructive reviewer comments to guide improvements.

Access & Dissemination

Open Access Policy

IJSSRF is fully open access. Every article is freely available from the moment it is published.

Permanent free access

All published articles are freely and permanently accessible online — no subscription, no paywall, no embargo.

Download & share freely

Readers may read, download, copy, and distribute articles for non-commercial purposes, with proper attribution to the journal.

All published content is indexed on Google Scholar and Crossref, maximising visibility and citation impact for authors.

Funder-mandate compliant

Publication in IJSSRF satisfies open-access mandates from major research funding bodies worldwide.
Introductory APC waiver extended Article Processing Charges are fully waived for all new authors through the end of 2026. No payment is required at the time of submission or publication.
